As part of the Program Planning and Control (PPC) organization, the candidate will be responsible for the implementation of standard processes, tools and program planning and control practices supporting the Systems Integration OU (SIOU). Reporting through the PPC function and assigned to the SIOU Business Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities: Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Minimum of fifteen years experience supporting large Government and/or Industry programs ($50+ million). Minimum of XXX years experience as a senior / master scheduler with demonstrated experience using Primavera and other scheduling tools, including importing / exporting data between Primavera, Excel, and MS Project tools. Minimum of ten years experience supporting large Government and/or Industry programs ($50+ million). Minimum of two years direct experience with intelligence community, SIGINT specific mission. Must have active TS/SCI clearance with full scope poly.

Basic Qualifications:
Requires 15 Years with Bachelors; 13 Years with Masters or 19 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Position requires an active TS/SCI w/full scopy polygraph examination in order to be considered.
