Pharmaceutical Analyst
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for conducting research analysis on Hong Kong-listed companies in pharmaceutical sector;
- Perform analysis and research on both international and mainland pharmaceutical sector;
- Support Investment Banking business, Global Capital Markets business and institutional clients in research and analysis in pharmaceutical sector;
- Participate in road shows for international and domestic institutions in pharmaceutical sector;
- Prepare half-year strategic report and roadshow in pharmaceutical sector;
- Provide ordering services for private clients;
- Assist on other daily products support of Equities Research Department, and
- Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.
Minimum Requirement:
- Master degree or above with a minimum of 1 year of relevant equities research or industry related experience or Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of equities research or industry related experience; SFC type 4, CFA license holder preferred;
- Sound business acumen, familiar with financial data base, valuation theory and practical analysis;
- Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin. Able to prepare professional research report in both English and Chinese a plus; enjoy team work;
- Well verse in MS office particular in advanced excel, Words etc.
