Pharmaceutical Sales Rep
We are currently partnered with a Specialty Pharmaceutical Company who has a long history of growth through the development commercialization of exclusive technologies. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a sales force for a new product into the Primary Care and Rheumatology Marketplace. The sales representatives will be the sole sales rep in their territory, but part of an integrated field team where each role will support the various customer needs. To that goal, we are seeking forward-thinking, creative and experienced sales professionals who possess the following qualifications and requirements to join the Quintiles team.

·4 year degree required - varying areas of study will be considered
·2 years Pharmaceutical sales experience and/or 3 plus years of high performance Business to Business sales experience in life sciences.
·Proven experience in primary care selling environments a plus
·Proven success within primary care and understanding retail pharmacy and payer market access strategies 
·Understanding of current payer strategies and patient economics, i.e., co-pays at various tier levels
·Documented consistent success in sales positions
·Ability to work in a team selling situation
·Superior sales, analytical, and organizational skills are essential
·Demonstrated leadership in community and/or professional organizations
·Ability to learn new clinical concepts and understand  the health care marketplace
 
 
Sales Representatives Responsibilities
 
 
· Meet TRx goals and minimum detail requirements.
· Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products
· Maintain and update current and prospective target physician profiles in accordance with the Target Prescriber List. 
· Maintain a professional image for Mutual and Mutual Products
· Participate in all training and sales meetings
· Plan and organize territory to meet TRx goals and minimum detail requirements
· Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping, call activity, sample activity and expense reports required hereunder
· Compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets, legal requirements, Mutual and Quintiles policies and procedures
· Have appropriate interaction with partners or counterparts; create value for the customer - balance immediate needs and objectives with building a long term relationship and goals with the customer
