Hays is working with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) to recruit an experienced Pharmacist to work in the Epsom area providing clinical and administrative support to DMRC Clinicians and Ward staff in accordance with MOD regulations and Civilian Law

The Pharmacist Band 8 will develop and manage clinical ward pharmacy services and act as the subject matter expert (SME) to support clinicians and patients on ward rounds and at patient review meetings as appropriate. You will be confident in giving advice on formulation of Medicines Management Policy and to take the lead on development of DMRC policy (in line with the JSP 340 and AP1269) with support from OC PSS and the Medicines Management Committee. It is essential for the successful candidates to have a Pharmacy Degree and hold Membership of Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, and be able to demonstrate a commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Accredited Checking Technician.

MoD experience an advantage.
