Adecco Medical Scienceis currently seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist I on behalf of one of Adecco Medical Science?s top tier clients in the Glendale, AZ area. Primary responsibilities of a Pharmacist are to A positive, proactive attitude with a high level of energy.Work ethic that is focused, accurate and highly productive. Review prescriptions for accuracy. Check for drug to drug interactions. Assess drug utilization review concerns, age, duplicate therapy, etc., and route to the appropriate departments for clarification. Evaluate appropriateness of dosage, directions, and therapy. Route prescriptions with omission of therapeutically relevant information to the appropriate departments for clarification. Provide internal technician quality feedback. Data entry of prescriptions when needed. Bachelors or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited pharmacy school. Active pharmacy license in the state that facility is located.
