- Part Time position 20 to 25 hours per week (Wednesdays to Fridays, with alternate Saturdays)
We are looking for an experienced flexible part time person to join our team at Graceville Drug Discount Store, Queensland.
With 8 years' experience, Star Pharmacy Group has over 30 pharmacy locations and is Australia's fastest growing pharmacy group - a group which includes Chemmart, Terry White Chemist, Amcal, Priceline Discount Drug Stores - brands that are well known and recognised.
The person we are seeking will be a self - starter and be capable of delivering exceptional customer service and has a desire to be part of a motivated team. You will receive individual attention and support from our Pharmacist Manager/ Retail Manager and the existing team in all aspects of liaising with pharmacy customers and providing customer service.
The successful applicant will be a person who possesses the following attributes:
- Has a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Can demonstrate a proven basic customer service and sales skills ability
- Basic general knowledge of pharmacy products, services and practices.
- Is willing to promote the Pharmacy as a centre for advice, assistance and information in areas of health and well-being.
- Has a willingness to develop comprehensive product knowledge across a wide range of products.
- Is willing to undertake continual training on new and existing products to improve their produce knowledge
- Will be willing to assist in any area of the Pharmacy including orders, counter service, telephone service and store merchandising.
- Completion and/or near completion of Pharmacy Assistant Career Training (P.A.C.T) Level (Grade) 1, 2 or 3
