POSITION SUMMARY Responsible to drive improvement in Part D CMS Star Rating clinical and operational measures. Ability to manage the project plan to ensure discipline, assist functional business owners and shared services develop and implement successful program and process changes. Supports the development and designs of innovative intervention models to meet Star metric targets. Accountable for contracting, initiative planning, business results and ongoing relationship management and satisfaction for large scale, high value Star initiatives impacting the delivery Part D improvements. Support oversight and supervision to external vendors, external consultants, team members and/or matrixes staff as required in support of initiatives. Closely aligned with the Clinical Intervention Manager to assure medical and pharmacy intervention program improvements align. EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree. Must have 4+ years of Medicare Advantage/Part D Plan experience. Prior experience with CMS Star Ratings is highly desirable. Prior experience in PBM Clinical and Operations is required Technology experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint is preferred.
