This pharmaceutical organisation commenced operation in Australia in early 2011 and the company is now strengthening its operation with the launch of new products.
Role
The overall operations of the Australian business have expanded their team of professionals in Operations, Sales, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing. These professionals are now running the operations from their head office in Melbourne, Australia.
An excellent opportunity has become available for a driven, self-motivated and talented individual to join the Sales team in QLD. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this roles' primary objective will be to develop business with existing customers and establish new accounts within the territory to achieve the assigned sales budget. This role will be based from a home office with the opportunity to promote into a management role in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively pursue and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with Pharmacies and groups
- Promoting portfolio of products in accordance to the call cycle plan and new product launches outlined by head office
- Monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management
- Maintain activity records and report on all phases of field activities as required by management
Essential to your success are:
- A proven track record within Pharmacy sales, essentially in the generics environment
- Can demonstrate drive and ability to exceed targets / KPIs.
- Possess high energy levels, a commitment to best practice and a positive can-do attitude
- A team player with a drive to expand sales and customer base
- Outstanding communication organization skills
