Job Description Job Classification: Contract Our client, a Part D pharmaceutical benefits management company, is currently seeking Certified Pharmacy Technicians. Individuals will be responsible for communicating with members, physicians, pharmacies and providers regarding a member's pharmacy benefits. Qualified candidates must possess the following: - Current national certification (ie: PTCB). - Strong clinical drug therapy knowledge. - At least 2 years of retail pharmacy practice experience. - Basic PC knowledge including Word and Excel. - Prior customer service experience. Must be flexible to work between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday.
