Job Description:
Costa Mesa, Calif: Well-known, stable company is in need of pharmacy technicians for their busy season! This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a large, nationally recognized company. Must have a pharmacy tech license; we will verify it!
Duties will include handling heavy incoming phone calls and coordinating between doctors, pharmacies, and patients. Will research and resolve problems in a timely fashion. Excellent communication skills and follow up is a must.
This company’s operating hours are between approximately 5am and 11pm Mon-Fri. After training, you will get a set schedule, but you MUST be available for any shift. Sorry, no shift requests can be granted. Please only respond if you are available for any shift during these hours.
Other requirements: Must be computer savvy and able to pick up new software programs quickly. We will conduct testing on Word, Excel, and typing. Also, we conduct a background check, employment verification, education verification, and drug screen. We are looking for a minimum 1-2 years of customer service setting, plus 1+ years as pharmacy technician experience. We will possibly consider resumes who have a good background of customer service and have only done a pharmacy externship.
These are contract positions scheduled to go from fall through late winter/early spring 2012. Pay is $18/hr.
