Pharmacy Technician for MoD
Hays healthcare have a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacy technician to work within a busy medical centre for the Ministry of Defence (MoD) based at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Camberley, Surrey.
Dates Required – 18/11/14 – 18/05/15
Hours Required – 37.5 hrs week
Examples of work performed:
Dispensing pharmaceuticals, stock ordering, stock management.
Qualification minima and experience
Essential:
NVQ 3 in pharmacy services or BTEC in Pharmaceutical Services and post qualification experience in the UK.
In order for Pharmacy Technicians to practice in Great Britain they must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), previously the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (RPSGB). The new regulation comes into effect on 1 July 2011.
Computer literate.
Enhanced CRB
Copies of your immunity history - TB, Hep B, Rubella, Measles
Desirable:
Previous experience of working within the MoD.
