Your Role:
Target Portrait Studio is seeking a highly motivated, responsible, and talented individual to join our team as a STUDIO MANAGER TRAINEE. Our successful Managers are proven sales leaders, with a business owner mentality, who love to recruit, train and coach team members. Your Guests will come back to you again and again because you and your team will offer each family treasured portraits, which will last a lifetime.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively lead, coach and develop a successful team.
- Previous retail management experience
- Photography experience preferred
- Day, Evening, Weekend and Holiday availability a must
- Must enjoy working with families children of all ages in a retail environment.
