Job title: Photolithography Process Engineer.
Salary/Rate: £35,000-£50,000
Area: North East.
My client a developer and manufacturer of semiconductors and microelectronics are looking to recruit a Photolithography Process Engineer to join their team in the North East of England.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience-
• A degree in a relevant engineering, physics or chemistry discipline.
• 3 years Process Engineering experience within semiconductor manufacturing
• 3 years experience of working with photolithography techniques
• Experience of working with GaAs semiconductors is desirable as is experience of e-beam lithography.
The successful candidate's main responsibilities will be -
• Process development from concept through to manufacturing process.
• Providing engineering support to the manufacturing line in the area of photolithography.
