Job Summary
We are seeking a talented PHP/LAMP/WAMP developer to build, enhance, scale and optimize our software projects. This individual will be working to add front end and back end functionality to our Web, Intranet, and API systems as well as proving support for newsletters, email marketing and social media interfaces. Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, extensive PHP/MySQL development experience, and will be able to get up to speed quickly.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain web based technologies using HTML, PHP, MYSQL
· Experience in managing webservers LAMP and WAMP
· Support content management for web and HTML related email campaigns
· Work closely with Marketing to execute web and HTML changes
· Analyze and develop PHP/MYSQL applications to augment internal systems
· Perform training on web based internal systems as directed
· Monitor website and webserver performance
· Good oral and written communications skills.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
Knowledge and experience with structured application development methodologies.
· 2-3 year experience developing PHP applications.
· 2+ years of demonstrable experience with JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML.
· Experience with MySQL databases. MSSQL database experience a plus.
· Experience with designing and implementing custom modifications in SugarCRM plus
· Experience with .NET and SharePoint a plus
· Knowledge of Structured System Development Methodology.
· Good time management skills and communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals
· Ability to work on multiple tasks throughout the day
· Flexibility to adjust to changing needs
· Ability to understand and decipher customer needs
· Should be self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must have the ability to be a team player and leader in a small organization.
