Holiday Care Center is a well established, privately owned Skilled Nursing Facility in Toms River, NJ. All of our therapists are 'in-house' employees of Holiday Care Center. We are looking for experienced or newly graduated, hard working Physical (PT) and Occupational (OT) Therapists to join our growing team (current openings for one of each).
Our therapists are responsible for the assessment of patients requiring rehabilitation services that include: providing direct patient care to assess the patient's medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restictions and potential for rehabilitation. Under the direction of a physician, the therapist will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined by the patient's capacity and tolerance. Therapists must set realistic goals for their patients; document and record the patient's condition; and educate patients and families as appropriate.
Requirements include:
• Must have graduated from an accredited school
• Current NJ State license as a Registered PT/OT or proactively in the application
process for state licensure as a PT/OT
