Physical Cotton Sales & Trading, Singapore & SEA
A leading global commodities merchant is expanding their South East Asia cotton business. They are looking for an individual to be based in either Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand or China, with a background in physical cotton sales and trading across Asia SEA.
Responsibilities of Physical Cotton Sales Trading, Singapore SEA:
· Merchandising of physical cotton in order to maximize commercial revenue
· Carrying out detailed market analysis to inform decisions and trading strategies
· Coverage across Asia Pacific and SEA
· Establishing and maintaining strong commercial contacts across the region
· Liaising closely with regional business development and management teams
Skills required for Physical Cotton Sales Trading, Singapore SEA:
· At least 3-5 years experience in physical cotton merchandising, sales or trading
· Physical trading experience, ideally with an established market player
· A strong analytical and/or commercial background
· Be willing to be based in Singapore, Vietnam or Thailand
· An established network which could be utilized would be preferable

Candidates applying for the position should have at least 3-5 years experience within the physical cotton sales or trading space, be able to demonstrate consistent returns, and be looking to join a market leader within the physical commodities markets. A solid background and base of commercial contacts across Asia Pacific / South East Asia would be preferable.
A successful candidate would likely have experience working for an international commodity merchant.
