Physical Therapist - Home Health Schedule : Full-time Shift : Day Hourly Rate : $32.23 + Depending on Experience Job Category : Physical Therapy Location : Alaska-Anchorage Providence is calling a full time physical therapist for the Home Health at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK. In this position, you will: Develop, coordinate, maintain, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate physical therapy under the prescription of a physician licensed in the State of Alaska. Service in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family. Document evaluation, plan, care delivered and outcomes according to hospital and department standards. Implement care/services that recognize age/diversity specific need/issues of customers served. Qualifications for this position include: Bachelor?s, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required. Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Alaska. Experience and credentials in sub-specialty preferred. Basic Life Support required upon hire.
