Job Description - Physical Therapist - $3500 Sign On Bonus

Our Grand Prairie Healthcare Center, located in Grand Prairie, TX, is seeking a part time Physical Therapist, and offering a $3500 Sign On Bonus.
Physical Therapists are responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patients needs, instructing PTA's and Rehab Techs in treatment plans as needed and completing documentation and revising treatment plans as needed to maximize functional outcomes.
Job Requirements
*Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapy program.
*Must have valid PT license in TX or eligibility.
*Previous sub-acute or long-term care preferred but not required.
*New grads encouraged to apply
