Physical Therapist II PD
This position is responsible for all aspects of physical therapy services, including but not limited to examinations, care planning, treatment, reassessment, patient/family education, complete documentation and discharge planning. Home Health experience preferred. Required: Current CA Physical Therapy license; Current BCLS-C Certification; Current CDL; and Current Auto Insurance
