The purpose of this position is to provide quality, cost effective physical therapy services, including consultation evaluation and ongoing treatment and education to patients and their families. All therapy services will be provided in accordance with the state licensure laws, professional standards and ethics, and within the guidelines of the departmental and facility standards and policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid/Current Physical Therapy license for practicing state or license eligible.
- A current healthcare provider or professional rescuer Basic Life Support (BLS) is required by start date. An original card will be verified prior to start or the job offer will be withdrawn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer past PT adult inpatient or acute experience.
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires ability to position and transfer patients.
