Job Description:
VillageCare's Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) is seeking experienced professional NYS Physical Therapists for Fee-For-Service home visits in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.
The Physical Therapist is responsible for planning, developing and implementing Physical Therapy Services, in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our agency, to assure the highest degree of care can be maintained at all times. The PT is also responsible for planning the overall treatment procedures to assure quality care is rendered reporting to the Director of PT, and the CHHA Administrator.
Requirements:
Minimum requirements: Current NYS PT license and registration, a Bachelor's Degree, and at least one (1) year professional experience as a PT in home care setting.
