$500 after probationary period (3 months)
$500 after one year of employment
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
Minimum one (1) year clinical experience in acute care setting
NYS Physical Therapy License
Current Professional Registration with Required Documentation of Continuing Education Credits as outlined in NY State Education Law Article 136.6742a
Current driver s license, auto insurance/registration and reliable vehicle
Visiting Nurse Service of Schenectady and Saratoga Counties
