JOB SUMMARY:
The Visiting Nurse Service is currently seeking per visit Physical Therapists to provide Physical Therapy treatment to patients at home as prescribed and directed by a Physician. Weekday and Weekend hours available.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum one (1) year clinical experience in acute care setting
• NYS Physical Therapy License
• Current Professional Registration with Required Documentation of Continuing
Education Credits as outlined in NY State Education Law Article 136.6742a
• Current driver’s license, auto insurance/registration and reliable vehicle
