Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

1.       Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

2.       License to practice  within the state.

Position Summary:

Provides Physical Therapy services to patients by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication.   Adheres to applicable principles and practices of physical therapy, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations.
