Physical Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, Admitting Registered Nurse Job in Galesburg, Illinois US
OSF Home Care is looking for dedicated and caring individuals to fill our current openings in the Galesburg area:
Physical Therapist to work one on one with patients in their home providing therapeutic evaluation, exercises and treatments to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part under physician orders, and in accordance with the State Practice Act. This position requires a Graduate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Program, along with a current license in the State of Illinois, and one year of previous experience.
Speech - Language Pathologist to visit patients in their home and evaluates speech deficiencies, disorders and problems and recommends appropriate therapy. Requirements include: a graduate of Accredited Speech-Language Pathology Program, holds a current license, and at least one year of experience, home care experience preferred.
Admitting Registered Nurse in OSF Home Care is responsible for daily management of patient admission, combined with PRN and/or open visits as requested. Candidates must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) in which they are practicing. In addition, must be able to flex days and hours as necessary to fully complete the patient visits assigned and participate in On-call as required.
