Job Description:
CSI Staffing has been serving the community for more than 10 years, rendering rehabilitation services at patient’s homes.
PT
Responsibilities Include:
· Evaluations / Supervisory Visits / Discharge
· Providing quality care by assessing and establishing therapy treatment plans
· Oversee the continuation of therapeutic plan instructing patients, families and caregivers in home exercise programs.
PTA
Job Summary:
Assists the Registered Physical Therapist with client related activities and performs delegated procedures commensurate with education and training. Treats client with disability, injury and disease through the use of cold, heat, massage, ultrasound, exercise, radiant energy, hydrotherapy and electricity as assigned.
Skills / Requirements
- Current Florida State license
- CPR, HIV (original and update), OSHA, Domestic Violence, Medical Errors Alzheimer
- Doctor's Physical (6 months or newer)
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
