Board certified family practitioner. Under the direction of the Medical Director, the Clinic Physician is the primary point of contact for the examination, diagnosis, and medical prevention/ treatment/education for a full range of patients at TRIHCI.
Requirements: Valid California Medical License, Current BCLS Certificate, Current PALS and ACLS Certificate, Current DEA and NPI registration numbers, Valid California Driver License, Ability to obtain admitting privileges with local hospital, Minimum of 5 yrs experience in ambulatory Healthcare setting, Knowledge pertaining to AAAHC or JCAHO standards for accreditation and patient care as well as EHR knowledge are also preferred and the ability to pass all Pre-Employment requirements.

Under the direction of the CEO, the CHSO is responsible to ensure the compliance with the Contract Health Services and Program Contract Grants, subcontracts and agreement; determines CHS eligibility within established guidelines.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Min.5yrs experience in business administration with general bookkeeping knowledge. Valid California Driver License and be insurable with company insurance, Current First Aide/CPR certification at the BCLS level or retain with 3mths of hire, and pass all Pre-Employment requirements.
