Creve Coeur physician recruiting firm is seeking candidates to assist them with populating their database with profile information with graduating physicians. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Interview graduating physicians in a five-minute telephone interview (leads provided)
• Populate the proprietary database with physician training, experience, personal background, and practice preferences based on physician responses to interview
• Contact previously interviewed physicians and update their information in our database
• Attend weekly team meetings
Requirements
• Accurate data entry skills and computer literacy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in market research/telemarketing and/or customer support
• Professional telephone communication skills
• Self-motivated and challenged to succeed
• Able to meet or exceed department and personal goals
• Ability to make 350 calls per week
