Physician Washington, PA The mission of SeniorLIFE is to partner with members, family and community to enable members to remain at home while preserving dignity and autonomy. The approach is member centered and accomplished by promoting open communication and advance care planning through a shared decision making process with SeniorLIFE's interdisciplinary team. We have an immediate opening for a Physician at our Washington, PA location, a suburb of Pittsburgh. This position will provide primary health care and case management to LIFE Members, focusing on disease prevention, wellness and management of illnesses in collaboration with the LIFE multi-disciplinary team to establish realistic goals. What you need for this position: A minimum of 5 years experience as a Geriatric Physician or Family Practitioner or Internal Medicine Physician Board Certification in one of the above Ability to provide excellent patient care Experience working a multi-specialty practice a plus Excellent communication skills Requires a degree from an accredited school and is licensed to practice Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer Join rapidly growing community based program!
