North Ottawa Community Hospital (NOCH) is an 81-bed, acute care hospital.  We provide a variety of inpatient, outpatient and support services utilizing the latest medical technology.  We have a friendly, customer service-oriented working atmosphere and are looking for a Physician Practice Management Director.

Requirements include: 5+ years of management and operations experience to oversee multiple physician offices. Qualified individuals will have knowledge of physician billing and professional services coding, revenue cycle/accounts receivable management and front end operations knowledge. Candidate will have managed a physician office to key performance indicators along with experience preparing for and negotiating payer contracts. Strong experience with increasing physician productivity, performance benchmarking and knowledge in physician compensation models is required. Project management experience, including creating work plans, budgets, goal setting and delivering on client expectations is necessary. Must have extensive supervisory experience and ability to coach and mentor staff along with the ability to work with a diverse group of professionals and personalities in a team environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or similar field required.
