The Physician Services Representative (PSR) supports the Executive Director (ED) and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in a number of key physician support service areas. The PSR will serve as a point of contact for payroll, HR and benefits coordination, and be responsible for coordinating on boarding of new physician employees. Additional responsibilities will include spreadsheet modeling of physician productivity and compensation, and coordination of physician continuing education, credentialing, and expense reimbursements. Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or closely related field preferred; 3-6 years significant progressive project support, human resources/payroll system and other health care operations and related experience; effective meeting participation and presentation skills; strong understanding of health care and medical group business and operating practices or supporting medical group leadership and development activities; good understanding of HR procedures and benefits plan arrangements is desired; superior computer experience with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint; strong customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision in organizing and performing a variety of administrative tasks under the pressure of deadlines.
