PIP Adjuster
Overview:
Investigate, evaluate and conclude first party medical losses (PIP). Knowledge of the No-Fault auto insurance policy and Florida No-Fault Statute.
Responsibilities:
Ability to understand basic insurance concepts, policy language and basic coverage issues.
Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of desk organization through maintaining diary, note pad and closing ratio per established goals.
Negotiation and problem solving abilities.
Highly motivated and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast pace environment. Recognize and refer all potential Subrogation and SIU claims. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Skills:
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Good telephone manner to enhance relationships with customers and agents
Licensed Adjuster (520 or 620) – Florida all lines adjuster is required.
2-4 years of adjuster experience with Automobile Personal Injury Protection Claims operating
in the state of Florida.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus.
