Placement Agent recruitment
The ideal candidate should have at least five years of relevant sales experience and have the technical knowledge to fully understand each product.
The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment will need to be demonstrated as will the ability to “think on ones feet”.
Candidate specifics
- Collaborative team player
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience
- Proven technical abilities in order to preform sales at a higher level than just a simple introduction
- Experience in selling non-vanilla assets
- Managerial experience over entire transaction processes from start to finish
- A pre-existing network of Financial Institutions, High Net Worth Investors and/or Private Equity Funds is advantageous
- Immediate availability would be a plus
Remuneration
- This is very much negotiable and will be dependent on the suitability of the candidate in question. The salary is likely to be in the £70k to £90k range plus a fixed/transparent commission structure along with a discretionary bonus.
