Job Description AECOM is seeking a Project Coordinator with environmental permitting/EIS/EA experience for various natural resource development projects including power and transmission lines; pipelines; precious metals, other minerals, and coal; oil gas; and other projects in the western USA. The coordinator will be responsible for project coordination activities related to environmental permitting/EIS/EA projects. Duties include coordinating project day-to -day activities per project manager's directives, assist in project planning and scheduling, interact/coordinate with project team in preparing environmental permits/NEPA documents, interact with agency personell, and technical writing and editing of EISs, EAs, Biological Assessments, and/or FERC resource reports. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task well by working on several assignments at at time. Some project travel will be required. The candidate should have a strong technical background in environmental planning or natural resources and experience in NEPA/permitting projects.
