Job Description AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager with environmental permitting/EIS/EA experience for various natural resource development projects including power and transmission lines; pipelines; precious metals, other minerals, and coal; oil gas; and other projects in the western USA. Duties include: business development, proposal writing; project management; tracking of tasks, budgets, schedules, and deliverables; client and agency contact; staff coordination; and technical writing and editing. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task well by working on several assignments at a time. Some travel is required. The candidate should have a strong technical background in environmental planning or natural resources with extensive environmental permitting and NEPA experience in western states, and demonstrate familiarity with state and federal regulations and permiting requirements. The ideal candidate will have managed several EISs and EAs for projects where the BLM, USFS, USACE, USEPA, FERC, or other federal agency was the project lead.
