My Client is seeking hands on and practical Construction Planners that can detail complicated projects efficiently and accurately. They are one of the UK’s leading construction companies with a unique in-house capability ranging from mechanical and electrical design and installation through to joinery, architectural metalwork and the off-site manufacture of bathroom pods.
Their projects include high rise residential blocks, luxury developments, major mixed-use regeneration schemes, schools, offices and hotels. They specialise in fixed-price projects across the full value range and pride ourselves on our reputation of guaranteeing delivery.
While experience in the main forms of contract and ICT systems will be required, successful candidates should be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the entire construction process from demolition through to fit out and commissioning and handover and must be able to provide cost effective proposals to solve complex logistical situations in constrained urban environments.
