Planning and Performance Analyst recruitment

Great opportunity for a Performance and Planning Analyst position within a new team in a large Retail Banking Group. With a key focus on relationship management and strategic business development, this role would be suitable for someone who can add commercial insight and value to the team, with excellent exposure across the business working with peers, management and senior stakeholders.

Key Tasks

- Support on the strategic analysis of organic business opportunities from centre perspective

- Work with the senior analyst to define the needs of strategic analysis projects and use creative thinking and challenge to define new opportunities

- Work alongside other functional experts such as legal, regulatory compliance,marketing, FC

- Run the day to day analytical modelling and develop the conclusions of that modelling

- Build credible relationships with business teams and other stakeholders and to be able to translate their commercial propositions into financial models

- Invest adequate time to develop your knowledge and skills set

- Provide analytical support to any ad hoc requests

Person Requirements

Fully Qualified (0-12 months PQE)

The Analyst role requires first class analytical and decisioning capabilities, as well as strong relationship and technical skills.
