Hays Specialist Recruitment are currently seeking an exceptional Planning Enforcement Officer for a busy city council.
Situated 30 mins from Melbourne‘s CBD, this council has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Planning Enforcement Officer or an individual with a law enforcement background looking for a career change.
You will be involved in the implementation and enforcement of the local planning scheme along with enforcing planning permits. You will also contribute to the preparation and review of policies and procedures for the planning scheme.
For this role you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a background in local laws or law enforcement and have a professional approach to all tasks performed.
This is a contract position with the opportunity for a permanent role for the successful applicant !
