Planning Zoning Administrator City of Perrysburg
The City of Perrysburg is accepting applications for the position of Planning and Zoning Administrator. This position is responsible for day to day management of the Division, site plan review, subdivision construction plan and plat review, comprehensive plan compliance, zoning code administration and enforcement, liaison with various City Boards, Commissions and Committees, and administration of annual sidewalk program. A Bachelor's degree in Planning, Geography or related field, and at least seven years experience in municipal land use planning and zoning work or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated organizational abilities.
Salary range is $74,010 to $92,917 depending on experience, attractive benefit package.
