Responsibilities
Lead the efforts of direct report managers in Engineering, Maintenance, Safety and Quality Departments, all critically-important to the success of the Plant.
Build strength and synergies within each of these key teams.
Additionally, build synergy between these arenas and the plant’s production teams by fostering stronger working partnerships across our operations. Your goal is to accelerate plant reliability and safety performance.
Advance a clear vision and strategy for an improved facility.
Drive employee development initiatives to prepare our organization for greater levels of responsibility in times of rapid growth.

Experience
A minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or other appropriate discipline.
A minimum of 10 years experience in plant engineering and/or management.
A proven track record of success with project management.
Notable accomplishments with organizational facilitation, team building, mentoring, delegation, trouble-shooting and problem-solving.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. (Experience with either or both a strong plus.)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges.
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead individuals and groups at all levels of the organization. You will work with a diverse group of professionals and must be able to relate effectively to all.
