An aluminum manufacturer in Chandler, AZ is seeking an adaptable individual who is looking for an exciting challenge in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management level position, project management and computer skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering and experience working with aluminum or aluminum extrusion are minimum requirements. Proactive and analytical problem solving skills and previous experience with Lean Management, 6 Sigma and/or Variation Reduction are a plus. This role is responsible for the management of the daily functions of an extrusion operation that includes a small staff of direct reports and up to thirty (30) indirect hourly technicians in an environment that is safety, quality, delivery and cost driven.
