Plant Manager
Ray, ND

Viterra has an immediate position opening for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our special crops processing facility in Ray, ND.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for the general management and performance of the facility, as well as all aspects of human resource management including hiring, coaching, regulatory compliance, etc. This position will direct the receiving, grading, binning, cleaning, processing, blending and shipping of all products, and will be accountable for inventory management, facility housekeeping, and preventative maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate will have two (2) years of post-secondary education, supplemented with five (5) years of plant management experience including working knowledge of receiving, grading, cleaning, and processing of product. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, demonstrated ability to supervise motivate staff, and must possess sound judgment, problem solving and decision making abilities.
Starting salary ranges from $70,000 - $80,000 per year plus Housing Assistance.
