LES Services, LLC. (LES) is a privately owned company which specializes in the recovery of methane gas from landfills for the purpose of creating profitable and environmental benefits by using the landfill gas as an alternative energy source. We own the rights to gas at 45 landfills in 16 states across the United States. LES offers full service design, engineering, and manufacturing in all aspects of methane gas recovery for the subsequent use in landfill gas to electricity plants.
We are seeking a skilled Technician to help operate our continuous operation electrical power plant. This individual will perform all maintenance and repair work on our CAT 3500 series lean-burn engines. Duties and responsibilities include engine diagnostics, troubleshooting, servicing, and installing equipment; switchgear operation; process and emissions controls; documenting all work completed on a daily basis, according to company policies/procedures; and seeking additional training and education as appropriate. Must be able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and relate well with co-workers, management, and external customers.
- $16.00 - $21.00 per hour to start.

Requirements :
High school diploma and experience working on engines (large, diesel, automobile) is required. Successful candidate will have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Tools required; electrical knowledge and/or power plant experience a plus.
