PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT recruitment
The primary purpose of Software Development Services is to provide a value-add analysis, design, development and support service to Change, IT and all application users , by:
- Providing level three support to all supported Salesforce applications.
- Responding, investigating and developing user enhancement requests.
- Proactively identifying system and business process improvements.
- Promoting new vendor supplied functionality and in house developed functionality to the business areas.
- The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the day to day support of all key Salesforce application users.
Core Responsibilities:
- Analysis, Configuration and Deployment of Salesforce application enhancements and defects.
- Salesforce consultancy to Change Teams, IT, business users, and appropriate vendors.
- Understanding of business needs to ensure maximum business benefit realised from Salesforce toolset via regular user interaction.
- Adherence to development and team controls and governance such as deployment processes, security governance, release management, incident management etc.
- Prioritisation of enhancement requests.
- System testing of enhancements.
- UAT coordination with business users.
- Salesforce capability training and support for business users in particular on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter, Analytics and force.com
