My client is setting up a new platform administration operation and they require the best people to help them build this and contribute towards its success.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist the business in building and running a new platform administration operation
- Developing strong structures for organisational success.
- Support activities regarding Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing and Oversight.
- Providing an exceptional customer service

Core Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- A minimum of 5 years’ in a similar work environment
- Previous experience of providing technical and subject matter expertise on either a BAU or project basis within a platform or mutual funds environment
- Previous experience supporting activities across a broad range of platform business functions including Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing and Oversight
- Experience in one of the following areas: Business Readiness and Testing, Business Analysis, Operational Support or the production and delivery of Training to ensure we provide a first class customer service
