PLATFORM TAKE TO MARKET CONSULTANT recruitment
The Platform Proposition team exists to design, develop and take to market compelling customer and intermediary platform based propositions and to facilitate the achievement of the Platform Business’s customer and commercial objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales teams to develop distribution and rollout plans to support the commercial objectives of the Platform business.
- Manage relationships with key external stakeholders including end customers, business intermediaries, key suppliers, partners, and industry connections.
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders, including all other areas of the Insurance business.
- Develop and grow strong relationships with peers, senior management colleagues and the platform sales team.
- Contribute to the successful design, development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans for taking our platform proposition to market.
- Cover all aspects of the launch (including distribution and rollout plans, targeting of sales activity, timing, sales techniques and volumes/success measures).
- Develop a good understanding of the market/platform market, the At Retirement/Workplace Savings market, the needs of our distributors and customers and the key issues facing the industry.
- Contribute to the creation, development and delivery of appropriate training to specialist platform sales teams to support commercial objectives.
- Assist in ensuring that all specialist platform sales managers are fully trained and accredited to be able to appropriately sell and promote the At Retirement/Workplace Savings platform proposition.

- Have proven leadership experience, including the ability to create an agenda and lead significant change.
Core Requirements:
- Have a good understanding of the financial services industry and the platform market in particular.
- Excellent market and competitor awareness.
- Have expert knowledge of marketing theory, principles and practice.
- General knowledge of legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements / issues and how they effect the individual market.
- Have sound experience of financial and strategic planning.
