High speed manufacturing experience to interpret engineering instructions for the proper set up, start up, running, and inspection of customer supplied product for plating Monitors tooling, amperages, voltages, and material in line. Can implement the proper un-winding and winding of customer material to instructions, including splice material together and monitoring splices through plating lines. Adjust material to proper depth of plating or position in plating equipment/cells Can handle basic set up of plating line, including tooling adjust, and changing of chemical baths Observes operation of machine and verifies conformance of product to specifications, can fill out accompanying paperwork and scan work into computer system. Can keep plating line and surrounding areas, clean and organizing following 5S.
