We consider the unique views and opinions of our Associates to be the key to our growth and success in the future.Description * Key contributor to training over 400-500 users on a multi-year system implementation for the TJX Corporate Brand and Product Development Division which contributes $1.1B in annual retail receipts to the TJX Corporation. * Provides direction and support on the execution of the Product Lifecycle Management Training Program and validates the program's effectiveness. * Works with PLM Core team and IT Core team to gather information in order to develop operational and technical training strategies. * Supports new PLM users by working with super users and subject matter experts. * Monitors and tracks all new users through the PLM training program and partners with associates and management to ensure timely completion. * Delivers targeted training to users as identified by AVP, Director of Far East Agent Operations. * Oversees training processes to support training and technical issues as it relates to the Product Development lifecycle. * Travel to TJX Buyer Offices and TJX external Agents and Satellite office locations. * Supports Company values and policies. * Maintains communication with his/her peers and management. * Supports technology rollouts and technical and operational training of new modules and system upgrades. * NO less then 10 years of directly related experience in the fashion industry. * NO less than five years at director/manager level project learning, training and development experience. * Background working directly with Buyers, merchants, agents, members of the product development team and IT. * Former experience in application systems support and maintenance and use of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools. * Must possess a complete and global understanding of the product development process and improving the process efficiencies. * Background in gathering data, research and data analysis to build strategies is very important. * Keen sense identifying what is working, what needs to be modified and/or added. * Former experience in developing pilot programs. * Broad base knowledge of IT systems necessary.
