Plum provides an integrated superannuation solution to corporate Clients in the Australian superannuation environment. These services are either provided as a 'stand-alone' or master trust basis and include Plan Management (Member and Client Services), Education, Advice and Investments.
Due to the continual growth of our business we are looking to recruit several new Member Services Consultants into our team. The role will provide you with an opportunity to further develop your corporate superannuation skills by dealing with complex enquiries from or members both over the phone and via email. Ongoing training and support are provided throughout your employment to ensure we continue to drive a high performing culture and that our people are well equipped to take the next step in their superannuation careers.
Accountabilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Complete daily tasks within service levels which may include, member call handling, email handling and follow up, Insurance Status updates
- Managing customer complaints in a timely and resolution focussed manner
- Proactively improve own knowledge and skills in relation to Client Issues, Plum investments, superannuation, legislation, processes and Plum product offering.
To be successful in this role you will be have:
- Previous superannuation experience
- Preferred but not essential ASFA 100 and/or ASFA 146 studies
- Superb 2000 Knowledge
- Strong Knowledge of member investment choice and its application to superannuation funds.
- Demonstrated commitment to superior customer service.
