Plumber
Plumbing Concepts Inc. is a large residential plumbing company with 25+ years of experience in the industry. Based in Southern California, we're seeking a talented candidate to fill our Service Repair Plumber position. This position will be based out of our corporate office in Corona. Our service area covers most of Southern California from Orange County to Riverside to San Diego.

General Description
- General Customer Service:
- Troubleshoot homeowner plumbing-related issues
- Inspect home for other potential plumbing issues
- Sell other plumbing products to homeowners
- Installation of Tankless Water Heaters
- Electronic leak detection
- Repair slab leaks
- Interact with Customer Service Coordinators to complete service calls 100% on the first trip
- Ensure homeowners are 100% satisfied with repair
Requirements
- 5+ years in New Residential Customer Service Plumbing
- Knowledge of and Experience with Tankless Water Heaters
- Knowledge of and Experience with current Water Filtration systems
- Experience in Sales w/ Commission selling products to homeowners
- Able to troubleshoot issues on the spot
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Focused on maintaining a safe environment and strong work ethic
- Excellent People Skills and Friendliness
- Clean driving record
- Can pass background check and drug screen
